Can you imagine??? Im sure the doctor was only doing what he thought right for the patient, but if the patient has said no, how dare he proceed?? And then for the poor bloke to be arrested for assault?! Geez...

The doctor assaulted the patient. When the patient refused the doctor had no right to proceed. I'm completely on the patient's side on this one.
Me too. Since when does the doctor get that kind of control? I hope his but is tried and covicted.
